About me
Hi, I'm Gabby. (Yes, the therapist.)
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey, which is a fancy way of saying I'm professionally trained to let you vent and then actually help. I have six years of experience with kids, teens, adults and families, I'm certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, and I've run my own practice since 2020.
Fair warning: I'm a direct therapist. I won't just nod and say "mm-hmm" for 50 minutes. I'll tell you the truth with love, name the patterns keeping you stuck, and cheer loudly when you break them. We'll laugh when things are funny, slow down when things are heavy, and you'll leave every session with something you can actually use.
I take a full wellness approach, because you're not just a brain on a couch. We look at the whole picture: your thoughts and feelings, your sleep, your movement, your stress, your relationships and your boundaries. Much of my work centers around individuals and families who are too often underserved by mental health care, so come as you are. Sweatpants welcome.
When I'm not in session, I'm a wife, a mom of three boys (aka my full-time side quests) or at the gym lifting heavy things on purpose. I'm a therapist, not a trainer, but I firmly believe a walk, a stretch or a good nap can do wonders for your mood.
